In my role, I was responsible for CoreLogic's largest by revenue, multi-tenant collateral valuation platform, the Collateral Management System (CMS). I advocated for and partnered with our clients across the US to make sure Motivate Design provided creative and efficient user and customer experience research, design thinking training, and user-centered design innovations. In this role, I got to troubleshoot, document and attend to the details that enabled our clients to overdeliver for their customers. Additionally, I was able to modernize CRM tools; introduce new standards for proposal creation; and define workflows that were powered by marketing automation platforms like Hubspot.

My work as a Director of Sales at TandemSeven was divided into two phases: Consulting and New Product Sales. Phase I was focused on supporting Fortune 500 clients in the central region of North America, including portions of Canada. I worked with companies on finding problems and UX-led research and UI design solutions related to their transactional business platforms.
In Phase II, I was tasked to lead TandemSeven’s national business development efforts around the launch of a new software as a service (SaaS) solution called Persona Modeler. Persona Modeler is a new class of tool that helps companies manage and refine their end user understanding, including the users' experiential needs and technical requirements.2019

This training and certification, facilitated by BrainTrust Consulting, helped me be a better partner to my Scrum Masters and development teams. Through the program, I gained new tools for optimizing the team's work and for advocating the Scrum process with business stakeholders.

I was lucky to have great professors in both the Political Science and Communications Studies programs. My focus was on multimedia political communication, especially on the role of the internet in political discourse. The two departments provided very different points of view on the same topic, and I was honored to win academic awards as a part of my work in the Political Science Department. Go Hawkeyes.
